Cutting Miter Joints in Unit Moldings
For kitchen and display units
Many kitchen units have moldings that can be fitted above them. Often the angles of these kitchen unit moldings are not set at 90 degrees or 45 degrees which makes the Magic Mitre a perfect tool for cutting the miter joints.
With the aid of the template, set the workpiece holders to the required internal or external miter angle. Mark your molding 'wall edge' and follow the same instructions as for fitting crown molding around the room.
You can also refer to the crown molding instructions for cutting external miter joints on your kitchen unit moldings.
